By booking or using a service from Amaryllis Fraser you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Amaryllis Fraser provides private consultations, property and land assessments, space-alignment work, and related teaching. Our methods are complementary in nature — individual experiences vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Not Professional Advice
Our services are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or surveying advice, and do not replace them. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional where needed. Property/land work is not a structural, environmental or safety survey.
Bookings, Payment & Cancellation
Fees and deposits are confirmed before work begins; bookings are secured on receipt of payment. Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice - late cancellations may be charged in full. Bespoke engagements (retreats, property work involving travel) may carry separate terms, confirmed in advance. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
Confidentiality
We treat all client work as confidential and will not identify or discuss a client publicly without permission, except where required by law or safety. Testimonials or case studies are used only with consent.
Intellectual Property
All original methods, terminology, materials, and reports remain the property of Amaryllis Fraser and may not be reproduced or taught as another’s own without written permission. Sessions may not be recorded without prior consent.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Amaryllis Fraser is not liable for losses arising from a client’s own decision to act, or not act, on information provided. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
